About Us

Inclusive Solutions, with 21 years of experience, offers inclusion-focused services such as casework, person-centred planning, innovative training, and community-building opportunities. They have a strong national reputation and have also engaged in international training work.

Colin Newton, Co-founder and Director, is a consultant Educational Psychologist with over 40 years of experience. He has dedicated his career to inclusive education, leading PATH, MAP, and Circle sessions for over 35 years. Colin and co founder Derek Wilson learned from renowned creators of these methods, including Jack Pearpoint, Marsha Forrest, and John O’Brien.

Over 1,000 individuals—professionals, parents, carers, children, and young people—have directly benefited from Inclusive Solutions’ work in the UK and beyond.
